excellence in pediatric therapy Position Overview: We are seeking a
skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of
experience in pediatric therapy, with a strong background in
treating children with a wide range of developmental delays,
sensory issues, disabilities, and disorders. Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve fine
motor skills, sensory integration, self-care abilities, and overall
functional independence. Collaborate closely with parents,
caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to
ensure coordinated and holistic care. Provide education and support
to families regarding therapeutic strategies, home exercises, and
adaptive equipment. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in
compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain supervision
requirements weekly Qualifications: Current state OTA license
Strong clinical skills in treating children with various diagnoses,
including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder,
and developmental delays. Proficiency in analyzing standardized
assessment results. Strong collaboration skills with OT supervisor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
