We seek a Vice President, Sales & Retail Business Development to join the team. This position will oversee Retail Business Development Key Account Sales Team. This role will lead the development and implementation of Key Account retail business strategies that align with Company. studio’s strategic marketing, sales, category and brand portfolio initiatives. Overall responsibilities include the development and execution of Key Account retail – brick & mortar & online - business plans, programs, and a 365 business that maximizes key account retail growth opportunities.

More specific responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans that identify growth opportunities across all WBCP’s properties and product categories that secure market share of retailer floor and online space, to achieve revenue goals. Identify business initiatives that drive incremental revenue and/or marketing exposure for Company. brands through the expansion of licensed product assortments across all lines of business via licensing, direct-to-retail and private label models. Lead the development of Key Account retail presentations that support the sell-in and execution of WBCP’s key retail initiatives, revenue goals and merchandising strategies across all lines of business. Utilize fact-based sales analysis to assist in planning and selling to negotiate and gain retailer agreement to implement programs and secure incremental retail floor and online space and marketing support. Analyze all programs post mortem to identify key learning’s and to influence future strategies and programs. Develop and maintain senior level relationships with all key retailers and licensees. Partner with all Company. and Time Warner Divisions to increase the effectiveness and scope of all retail initiatives. Determine and monitor retail budget allocations ensuring cost, resources and time invested are justified by incremental sales and/or strategic benefits gained on a project and consumer level. Manage & Develop key account sales team. What do we require from you Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Bonus points if you have an MBA. 10+ years of licensing, strategy or retail and management experience preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing retail account strategies. Strong knowledge and working relationships of Walmart and their buying executive team. Proven success in developing and executing brand and/or retail programs/campaigns. Ability to lead, recruit and develop talent. Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to travel required approximately 25% to 30%.
