Giving general information regarding their visit instructions and expectations. Maintain calm, pleasant professional, attitude. Delivers excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette. Qualifications: Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy.
