Continuously assess sales performance and market trends to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies that enhance product offerings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its current events Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) Certification in Financial Services (optional but beneficial)
