National Account Manager – Walmart Focus Location: Benton
County, AR (Onsite Role) Reports To: Director of Sales We’re
seeking a strategic and results-driven National Account Manager to
take ownership of one of the most influential retail partnerships
in the pet products industry. This is a key in-office role located
in Northwest Arkansas, responsible for managing and expanding our
relationship with Walmart. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue by
meeting or exceeding sales targets for key national accounts Foster
strong, long-term relationships with retail partners Leverage
syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) to uncover opportunities and
guide strategy Design and implement account-specific promotional
and growth plans Work cross-functionally with internal sales teams
to drive new business Negotiate pricing and terms to support
business goals Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
and industry contacts Deliver accurate sales reporting and account
performance updates Monitor spend and align activities with budget
targets Stay up to date on competitor activity and overall market
shifts Represent the company professionally and in alignment with
core values Take on additional projects as needed to support the
broader team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in pet, CPG,
or similar retail-focused industries Proven experience managing
Walmart at the head office level Strong analytical skills and
experience working with syndicated data Proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, and sales reporting tools Excellent communication
and relationship-building skills Able to travel as required (~25%)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record Strong organizational
skills and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable
