Job Description:
The Strategy Analyst will support the Walmart International
business as well as the U.S. Strategy teams. This position is
highly involved in delivering a strategic growth plan spanning
multiple countries across the Unilever and Walmart businesses.
Working cross-country, the Strategy Analyst will be an expert in
the Walmart shopper and bringing insights and analytics that
translates to assortment, shelving, and shopper experience
recommendations. You will have a deep understanding of
competitive/global landscape to bring forward recommendations to
accelerate growth.In addition to delivering the growth plan, this
position will own all reporting and proactive analysis of current
business trends, which includes identifying gaps in the business
and working with in-country teams to identify solutions. The
position will require proficient skills in managing large amounts
of data as we will elevate business group performance reporting,
market trends, customer insights, and actionable analytics for
Unilever and Walmart.We will build customer trust and best in class
relationships with cross-functional team, provide recommendations
that deliver against shopper needs and Walmart KPIs, and help drive
JBP/ASP engagements with Walmart.Finally, as a cross-functional
member, you will partner with CBMs, Strategy Managers, and
in-country team leads to develop an omni shopper strategy by
identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable
recommendations Who You Are & What You'll Do The position will
require timely communication and in-depth analytical support
focused on business solutions. The person is expected to have a
strong working knowledge of reporting systems and demonstrate the
ability to capture information to incorporate into insight-based
stories. Provide regular business updates, monitors key metrics to
measure progress to goals while bringing new opportunities and
insights to the CBM's, Strategy Managers and Team Leads. This
position is responsible for providing value-added
weekly/monthly/quarterly internal and external reporting.Support
weekly/monthly insights generation in Luminate and Numerator
identifying opportunities in brand / manufacturer share,
penetration, switching, source of volume, buy rate, etc. -Review,
monitor, and share weekly global, macroeconomic and shopper trends
(e.g., Euromonitor, Mintel, Kantar, etc.), category, competitive,
CPG and retailer industry news. Deliver Walmart's Supplier
Scorecard that measures Unilever overall performance vs. other top
suppliers.This position uncovers business opportunities with
deep-dive analytics using a variety of resources including, but not
limited to- POS/Retail Link, Luminate, IRI/Nielsen, Marketplace &
HH Panel Assessments, and Ad/Promotion ReviewThis position will
actively participate in Monthly Country Calls and provide teams
with best practice examples -and insights -from around the Walmart
world. -This role will be highly involved in delivering strategic
thought leadership, insights, and solutions to accelerate omni
growth for Unilever across the U.S. Personal Care, Nutrition,
Beauty & Wellbeing, and Ice Cream business. -The position will
coordinate the Global Walmart Learning Center sharepoint that
includes best practices, insights into action, global results and
many other resources provided to country teams. This position will
require regular interaction with Walmart Senior Manager. Clear
understanding of Walmart's strategic priorities, strong
communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset are critical
to this role.The position requires the ability to communicate
effectively across cultures and understand business norms in all
countries. Understand how team members across the world with
differing cultural backgrounds communicate, in similar and
different ways among themselves and how they endeavor to
communicate across cultures.Collaborates with internal and customer
development cross-functional business partners to research and
prioritize opportunities to support ASP, JBP, and Sustainability
initiatives.Tailors' customer-and product group-specific sales
presentations to support for global and country-specific
recommendations. You're a dot connector: Routinely interface with
multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize
and balance the needs of multiple businesses. -Strategic thinker
that can work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.

You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience
in CPG or Retail Industry. Customer management, customer service or
finance background is a plus.Working knowledge of omni-channel
capabilities and eCommerce capabilitiesWorking knowledge of
Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, LuminateComputer skills preferred:
Familiarity with Walmart's Retail LinkStrong written and verbal

information for decision makingPay: The pay range for this position
is $67,000 to $100,500 Unilever takes into consideration a wide
range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions
including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,
licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and
other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is
bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI
