We are looking for an ambitious, passionate sales associate to close deals and care for customer success for a couple of our businesses.

Our businesses include and GetOutFitters. is a video podcast studio that provides turnkey, professional podcast video production for businesses, organizations and individuals. It's a one-of-a-kind startup business with huge potential for growth. GetOutFitters is an executive eco tourism company that provides white glove, luxury, concierge outdoor experiences for large company executives in the Ozarks. Think recruitment and retention with team building.

* Working with internal stakeholders to develop pipeline forecasts
* Willingness and enthusiasm to continually improve data hygeine with a Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce/Zoho/Hubspot)
* Passion for outdoor lifestyle and digital media

Ongoing responsibilities include:

* Working with finance team to create, collaborate and report accurate sales projections
* Working with internal teams to continuously discover best product pricing for business and customers
* Creating and constantly updating sales presentations
* Leveraging available public assets to build prospecting lists
* Analyzing prospect lists and determining priorities of contact
* Creative actions to network with prospects and customers
* Establishing new and ongoing meetings with prospects and customers
* Listening to and interpreting from conversations with prospects and customers to devleop cusomized quotes
* Creating quotes and quote templates
* Negotiating with prospects and customers
* Closing deals
* Establishing proper billing information with customers
* Continued customer success and support with fanatic enthusiasm
* Maintaining positive relationships with customers and discovering deeper opportunities of business

Requirements include the following:

* Ability to commute
* Building presentations in Google Slides
* Experience and strong knowledge of using Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Google Drive
* Creating and continuously updating quote templates and custom quotes for customers
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Strong written communication skills
* Listening and understanding customer needs and ability to negotiate effectively for win-win scenarios on a recurring basis
* Public speaking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,418.61 - $53,970.80 per year

* Flexible schedule
* Paid time off
* Parental leave
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Rogers, AR 72758: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

* Driver's License (Required)
