Job Description:

Penmac is now recruiting a unloader/puller for a Christian t-shirt manufacturing company. This company is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic. They are interested in workers to start in the newest production area and help them develop it into a successful department within their plant.----GOAL--Accurately unload/pull orders for the company.----PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES---- Follow standard operation procedures when picking or packing orders---- Follow precise steps to unload regular orders, web orders, and compliance orders accurately---- Ensure consistency and accuracy of order processing---- Work with other PA associates in a OTOM matter---- Pick and pack to a predetermined quality accuracy level and production speed level---- Work with replenishment team and RMA team to fulfill orders as necessary----REQUIRED SKILLS---- Accurately unload orders using a pick sheet---- unload/pull according to customer compliance---- Ability to get along with others in a OTOM working environment---- Have a helpful attitude to others in need and represent the Shipping Department as such----REQUIREMENTS---- Excellent attendance---- Able to write legibly---- Energetic, detail oriented and show initiative---- Able to meet the physical requirements of standing, lifting, twisting while holding up to 50 pounds continuously---- Great communication skills----Once eligible after hire, benefits are available, including health insurance and retirement. --Please call or text our office at 870-372-6956 for more information. --About Penmac Staffing --Penmac has been connecting job seekers with excellent employment opportunities in Harrison since 2000.
