If you re excited about this role but your past experience doesn t align perfectly with every qualification in the job posting, we still encourage you to apply and share with us your STORY, your PASSION, and your EXPERTISE! --You may be just the perfect candidate for this or other roles within our company.------From your PASSION to oursTo create and maintain all modulars for the Specialty Cheese and Deli categories at Walmart as part of the Category Advisor Team. --Candidate will provide ongoing support to both Category Advisor Team and Walmart Buyer in the form of maintaining modular integrity, insuring efficient modular execution, and analyzing data from Retail Link and IRI.--From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Directly responsible for modular update preparation, development, and implementation of the Specialty Cheese/Deli Categories.Attend modular update meetings and work sessions with the Walmart buyer for the purpose of modular creation and implementation in Specialty Cheese and Total Deli.--Utilize space management software to conduct analyses to insure appropriate inventory levels across category.--Conduct analyses on new item introduction and store execution.--Manage Walmart Trait system and maintain accurate and up to date records of store assignmentsCreate and distribute Item to DC Matrix for supplier partners and replenishment team.Run weekly Retail Link report on Total Deli performance for Category Advisory TeamLearn and utilize IRI to provide buyer with ROM information and additional insight as well as weekly/monthly reports as needed.Maintaining the digital product database utilizing the ProSpace system.Prepare presentations in Powerpoint and utilize data sources as needed.Participate in market visits and cheese education as needed.Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required.This description reflects management s assignment of essential functions, it does not proscribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.To fulfill these responsibilities, tools such as a computer, phone or, and / or allowance(s) may be provided.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these Essential Duties and Responsibilities.Requirements--From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:Education & ExperienceA Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Math, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.Minimum of one (1) year experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) in an analytical role in sales/buying, inventory management, merchandising or supply chain.--Experience with Modular Planning preferred, specifically with Walmart a plus.--Specialized Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesWalmart specific experience is a definite and preferred plus. Should have familiarity with JDA/ProSpace/Retail Link or similar program.--Modular Development and Clustering Experience-In depth knowledge of Walmart modular process and replenishment system preferredAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver clear and concise presentationsFlexible and adaptable with a high tolerance for changeSolid and proven analytical skillsCan prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlinesA solid team player in a team environment- articulate, poised, diplomatic and professionalExpertise in Walmart Retail Link and JDA/ProSpaceProficiency in IRI or NielsenProficiency using accepted business tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.--
