Job Description:

--- We are looking for a Maintenance Superintendent/Coordinator - someone who can identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the customer service experience while specializing in maintenance.

Day to Day responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

--- Inspections of our properties pre-move-in, pre-move-out, post-move-out, and routine
--- Communicating with property owners on work that needs to be done and throughout the maintenance process
--- Scheduling work to be done with vendors or trade partners
--- Reviewing service requests from existing tenant
--- Communicating with the rest of our property management team in regards to move-ins and move-outs

Responsibilities:
--- Must have administrative strengths - plan, organize and effectively handle day-to-day activities
--- Must have knowledge and experience in the area of general maintenance
--- Must have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to ensure seamless communication across company
--- Must listen and take direction well
--- Must understand problems and make timely, practical decisions regarding maintenance concerns and when dealing with customers
--- Must have effective time-management skills and must complete work independently
--- Must establish and complete challenging goals and is able to drive business forward with little supervision
--- Must be results-driven
--- Must be dependable and hard-working
--- Must perform well in stressful situations

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid driver's license
--- Must have maintenance experience (at least 4-6 years is preferred)
--- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
--- Must have experience in excel and word (or sheets and docs)
--- Some accounting and property-management software experience is preferred
