Job Description:

This role is responsible for daily replenishment and supply chain support of our overall business. You will be tasked with solving complex retail problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities using multiple data sources. This role is proficient at forecasting and supply chain optimization, as well as advanced analytics skills. Our desired candidate must be comfortable participating in key meetings to communicating findings and deliver results.

General Job Description and Duties:
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Walmart's Replenishment Team to assure mutual buy-in for replenishment strategies that drive top line sales and profit.
Deliver weekly reporting for clients and Walmart teams that provide actionable analytics and highlights steps being taken to improve the business.
Supports Account Managers with in-depth data analysis of current client businesses.
Measures performance and impact of sales and replenishment initiatives. Communicates results effectively across the business.
Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to drive sales via GRS and replenishment settings.
Maximize in-stock levels while meeting the product turns expectations
Utilize Retail Link to provide adhoc analytical support to drive key programs and replenishment recommendations
Communicate and research PO on-time in-full (OTIF) issues.
Update and manage PO revisions in NOVA.
Be the in-house subject matter expert in supply chain and replenishment, and communicate that expertise to our internal Account managers, Walmart Replenishment Teams and Supplier teams.

Qualifications/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in business related field
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Proficiency in Retail Link, MADRID, IRI & Nielsen
Skilled at problem solving and idea leadership
Strong drive for results
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
