Job Description:

please visit www.Roseburg.com. Purpose Responsible for receiving,
unloading, storing and issuing supplies and parts for plant
operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.
Key Responsibilities Maintain plant inventories of parts and
supplies to support efficient plant operation Maintain adequate
inventory levels in the storeroom daily Order and receive storeroom
supplies Receive and unpack incoming orders with close attention to
accuracy Maintain records and documentation, complete paperwork and
update computer records Maintain computer inventory tracking system
Assist staff and contractors in the controlled distribution of
spare parts inventory Research and compile information relating to
the stores; such as new items, suppliers, and costs Coordinate
shipping for items being returned to the vendor or sent to a repair
facility Restock parts as received to ensure correct storage
location Keep all supply and parts areas clean and free of clutter
Work closely with all internal customers to meet their requirements
for goods and services Works closely with the purchasing agent to
ensure any chemical ordered is approved for site use Shared focus
on responsibility for cost control and loss prevention Performs all
duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations Performs
other duties as necessary including the use of mobile equipment to
load/unload freight Serve as a back-up to the purchasing agent,
with basic knowledge of the job functions Perform other duties as
assigned Models company core values Required Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent Three (3) to five (5) years of
stockroom, inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, receiving
experience Combination of experience and training that demonstrates
the ability to perform the key warehouse responsibilities of this
position in a manufacturing environment Excellent written,
listening and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient knowledge of computer and supporting software (E1 and
EAM a plus) Excellent organizational skills Ability to do physical
lifting Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude Ability to
multi-task Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team
environment Must possess a high level of moral judgment for
handling confidential information and monetary transactions
Forklift experience Knowledge of storeroom policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in Business,
Manufacturing, Production or related field Basic knowledge of
accounting procedures relating to purchasing/stores AN EQUAL
