We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Position Summary Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Assist in the development of new processes to streamline reconciling activities as opportunities arise. Be able to generate ad hoc analysis reports as necessary. Support the retailer financial analysis and forecasting processes for accuracy improvement. Assist supervisor in generating accurate monthly revenue forecasting and revenue/expense accruals for applicable business divisions.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Act as key point of contact for monthly and quarterly financial analysis/reporting related to the Customer Experience Division and measure progress against the budget, latest forecast, and prior year(s), identifying risks and opportunities. Conduct pre/post-event analyses, to include return on investment, across key marketing events for key retailers, making appropriate recommendations Be a thought partner to the division and educate teams on use and interpretation of financial reports, key performance metrics, and other measures of success from across retailers Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models used, to provide more timely and relevant insights across the division Perform ad-hoc financial analysis including scenario planning and investment analysis that aid in decision-making across the division Assist in monthly revenue forecasting as well as monthly revenue/expense accruals as directed by supervisor. Support senior leadership with data pulling, reconciling and validating divisional data for regular leadership reviewsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving Requirements- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this jobMinimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceField of Study/Area of Experience: Accounting and/or Finance, or applicable experience required- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financeSkills, Knowledge and Abilities Proven track record leading quantitative analysis and building financial models Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a desire to solve complex problems Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate in a simple manner across management levels and cross-functional teams Proactive and positive attitude who works well within a team and has a with passion to drive operational results Innate desire to learn and deliver insightEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
