Our client is a leading provider of printing and imaging solutions,
including managed print services. Their innovative products and
services help businesses streamline their printing processes,
reduce costs, and enhance productivity. As they expand our reach,
they are seeking a dynamic Client Executive to manage and grow our
relationship with Walmart, one of their key accounts.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Walmart, managing all
aspects of the relationship.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key
stakeholders at Walmart.
- Understand Walmart's business needs and challenges related to
printing and imaging, and offer solutions that meet those
needs.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales of printing and imaging products and managed print
services to Walmart.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
additional products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue
targets and growth objectives
- Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions
that align with Walmart's requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection, managed print
services, and cost-saving strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to
Walmart's decision-makers.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with Walmart to
secure business and ensure favorable terms.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance with agreed-upon
terms and conditions.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, Walmart's strategic
initiatives, and competitive landscape.
- Use market insights to position [Your Company Name]'s solutions
effectively and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account status,
sales performance, and key developments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within
the IT managed services, computer hardware, printing or imaging
prodyucts/services, B2B software space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and
driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience working with major retailers, particularly Walmart,
is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of printing and imaging products and
managed print services.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication
skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple
priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. What's
