of military health contracts.**Responsibilities**The Lead Solutions
Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with
available technology including hardware, software, databases, and
peripherals. Translates business needs into technical systems
solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to
form a system. Recommends products that will evolve the
organization's technical infrastructure. Develops specifications
for new products/services, applications and service offerings.
Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services
proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture
across interdependent applications. Participates in all remaining
phases of product development to verify that the design is
installed, configured and documented correctly. The Lead Solutions
Architect's work assignments involve moderately complex to complex
issues where they must factor in technical, and non-technical
variables to be able to present a holistic view to stakeholders.
Ability to take directions and operate independently is highly
sought after for this Job.This Lead Solutions Architect will focus
on the following activities:+ Designing, describing, and managing
the solution engineering in relation to specific business
problems.+ Finding the best tech solution among all possible to
solve the existing business problems.+ Describing the structure,
characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project
stakeholders.+ Defining features, phases, and solution
requirements.+ Providing specifications according to which the
solution is defined, managed, and delivered+ Create solution
prototype+ Analyze enterprise specifics needs+ Ensure new products
aligned to customer journey needs and business motivation model+
Identify opportunities for improvement by continually reviewing the
performance of the product and scanning the ecosystem for
benchmarking against similar products within or other industries+
Partner with Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Business
development teams to manage the product life cycle needs+ Other
product development support+ Interface with a variety of
application and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and
understand pain points.**Required Qualifications**+ Our Department
of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position+
Successfully receive interim approval for government security
clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation
Processing)+ Bachelor's degree (technical area desired), or
equivalent technical training+ Minimum of 10 years of information
technology experience with a significant portion related to
Architecture, Design and Development+ Five or more years of
experience in Software Architecture Design+ Web Development
experience with C#, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery
and SQL+ Two years of current experience using Visual Studio, .NET
Core, MVC+ Mobile development experience using Xamarin Forms, .Net
Maui or similar+ Database development experience with Microsoft SQL
Server, and SQL Stored Procedures+ Experience in designing and
developing efficient and high availability Web Services/Rest APIs+
Performance testing, profiling and tuning+ Demonstrated experience
designing and implementing:+ End to End Front end and/or Backend
Architecture+ Understanding Security Requirements and creating
architectures around security considerations.+ Demonstrated ability
to identify inefficiencies within an existing technology process or
weakness within an architectural pattern.+ Demonstrated experience
learning new technologies, applying new skills, and sharing with
peers and customers+ Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub, ADO, etc.), Excellent troubleshooting skills+ Agile
experience+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills+ Must be passionate about contributing to an
organization focused on continuously improving consumer
experiences**Preferred Qualifications**+ Master's Degree+
Experience with integrating 3rd party software tools+ SSIS+
Healthcare experience+ Full Stack development+ Services
