*POSITION SUMMARY *

The Customer Relations Specialist provides customers with the best service by ensuring their voices are being heard. Will resolve customer's issues---and provide the best resolution. Will represent---Shine Solar's purpose---and core values through---respect and courtesy, clean language,---and honesty. Will assist management in addressing administrative needs of projects. Will enter customer information and administered assessments into company's computer system. Will type, file, perform record keeping, copying, and reception duties. Will distribute transportation to customers and reconcile monthly transportation reports. Will organize and maintain files, compile, and analyze information from a variety of sources to assist in the preparation of reports and facilitate reconsideration orientations for those customers that met exemption qualifications. Will work under the direct supervision of the Customer Relations Manager.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Provides support for the department. ---In addition to other duties as assigned, will work with customers via inbound calls to resolve problems with online billing services. Will research, identify and resolved customer issues. Will schedule any needed follow-ups for issues not immediately resolved. Provides customers with product and service information. Works closely with resource management to ensure proper protocol was followed.

* Knows company---products inside and out so that questions can be answered correctly.---

* Keeps records of customer interactions, comments,---and complaints.---

* Communicates and coordinates with---colleagues, as necessary.---

* Runs reports---and analyzes energy data.---

* Monitors and troubleshoots customer issues over the phone.------

* Requests replacement hardware from manufacturers and works with---project coordinator to schedule---truck rolls.

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE *

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2 years of experience as a creative designer and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS*

Must have to ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

*Pay based on experience*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
