This position also performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. This job will serve as an ambassador for the recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders and promote customer service excellence. This job is highly versatile and visible, requiring an exceptionally high sense of urgency, ownership, professionalism and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison for candidate scheduling between the recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidate to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Provide full support to recruiting team including: interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate escorting to deliver a superior experience to both internal and external candidates
  • Drive consistent administrative support processes to ensure a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring team
  • Manage communication with leadership, hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting team
  • Act as a primary point for candidate's interviewing onsite at the Humana Corporate Tower creating a positive candidate seamless interview experience
  • Monitors interview schedule to ensure the interview process flows smoothly
  • Helps to manage the candidate expense and career mailboxes
  • Responds promptly to candidate and internal needs

    • 5+ years of relevant administrative/coordination experience
    • Recent professional level or corporate/office experience
    • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving candidate experience
    • Values strong communication( written and verbal)
    • Highly organized
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly visible working environment
    • Positive attitude
    • Strong professional demeanor and emotional intelligence Preferred Qualifications
      • Associate or Bachelor's degree
