Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. - -Qualifications: -Medical Laboratory Technician -

• Education: -Associate'sdegree in a major acceptable to a certification agency for MLT -
• Certification/Registration: MLT ASCP or equivalentOR -Medical Technologist I -
  • Associate degree with MLT certification& 3 years clinical experience -
  • Approved Military Training (if applicable)---OR -Medical Technologist II -
    • Education: -Bachelor's degree.
