Microsoft Excel preferredDescription:The Accounts Payable Helpdesk
is a key customer service position within the AP Brokerage
department. This position is responsible for front line
communication with Carriers. They will answer all carrier phone
calls, emails, and tickets to provide payment information to the
carriers. This position will also reach out to carriers to request
missing invoices and paperwork from carriers via phone, email and
retrieval from carrier websites. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS: -
Field incoming carrier calls and emails regarding carrier invoice
status. - Review and update carrier aging reports with regards to
payment status. - Responsible for emailing weekly carrier aging
reports. - Coordinate with Audit Resolution team on identified
problem invoices from carrier aging report - after initial review.
- Research and special projects as assigned. - Address issues in
exception queue daily. - Update carrier address discrepancies from
NOAs received - Resolving issues in needs paperwork queue - Process
invoices as neededMONDAY - FRIDAY
