Job Description Job Description summary of position The final
assembly wiring personnel are responsible for the final wiring of
components on commercial/industrial refrigeration & HVAC equipment.
Essential functions To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with
procedures, rules, and regulations. Read and understand engineering
drawings and instructions. Read and understand bills of material.
Install conduit and wire as required. Final wire all components in
electrical enclosures. Must be able to use the tools and equipment
needed for this job properly. Wire all sensors required. Check work
and ensure quality. Clean work area as required. Charge time
accurately in time and attendance system on the computer to ensure
accurate labor distribution and payroll. Work overtime as
necessary. Follow manufacturing instructions, work independently
without constant supervision, be self-motivated, and complete job
assignments on time. Attend work as required. Arrive for work on
time. Contribute to team effort by working with others and
accomplishing related functions as needed. Complete any task as
assigned by the supervisor as needed. Comply with government
regulations, laws, company policies, and company procedures. Care
for tools and equipment. Advise maintenance of equipment that is
not working properly. Desired qualifications Education &
Experience: A high school level of education is preferred for this
position to continue upward advancement in the Company. The
employee must be able to understand directions from superiors.
Previous electrical experience or training preferred. Skills:
Effective communications skills, good listening skills, ability to
read and comprehend written instructions, basic mathematical
skills, including the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16
of an inch, ability to control operations of equipment or system,
monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals or
organization to make improvements or take corrective action, good
people skills to work in teams with others in the organization.
Certificates, Licenses, or training: on-site training; electrical
training. level/grade 1 – Beginning level wirer meets minimal
quality standards, needs more time to complete work than estimated
for the job 2 – Proficient level wirer meets quality standards,
able to complete work within estimated hours for the job 3 –
Proficient level wirer meets quality standards, able to complete
work in less time than estimated for job, able to answer questions
as they arise and able to recognize and solve a problem.
Interaction with others Answers to Final Assembly Supervisor. Must
be able to accurately receive, understand and follow instructions
from supervisor/lead. The employee must be able to work with all
employees of the RAE team and show a spirit of cooperation with
others in the organization. To accomplish this teamwork, the
employee must get along well with coworkers and ask and answer
questions as needed. working environment Work is performed in an
industrial production area where the employee is exposed to moving
mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work
environment is high in some areas. Exposed to extreme temperatures
in both winter and summer. Possible stress caused by the pressure
of meeting deadlines and product quality standards. Seasonal
variation of hours worked based on production demands. tools &

bending at the waist using lower extremities and back muscles,
