Job Description:
Description Role Summary Tier 2 Specialists handle complex
exceptions, escalations, and high-impact customer issues that
require deeper operational knowledge. Primary Responsibilities
Resolve escalated or complex operational issues Interface with
field operations, carriers, and customers Support customer specific
workflows and TMS applications Assist supervisors during surge
events Mentor Tier 1 Specialists Support root-cause analysis
efforts Key Metrics Escalation resolution time Accuracy of
resolution Reduction of repeat issues Customer confidence and trust
Qualifications 3–6 years in logistics or operations support Strong
communication and documentation skills Deep understanding of
last-mile operations Comfortable in fast-paced environments Strong
problem-solving skills Confident communicator with customers and
ops teams Excel Ability to work flexible shifts, including
nights/weekends as needed for coverage Reliable, proactive, and
customer-focused mindset with emphasis on accountability and
performance improvement
