You Are: A strong technical lead with proven track recording in implementing complex Endur solutions across Front, Mid and back-office modules. You have defined and oversaw development processes in Endur implementations. You bring strong Endur technical leadership, project management and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the complex solutions. You are very comfortable developing new solutions in Endur using OpenComponents .Net , Azure DevOps and following Agile delivery practices. The Work:

  • Leading design, development and implementation of Endur solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Strong hands-on experience in implementing Endur customizations using Open Components.
  • Managing and leading a team of Endur developers spread globally involved in development of Endur solutions across Front/Mid/Back-office modules.
  • Provide technical guidance on development processes, architecture, performance engineering and DevOps processes.
  • Proficient in addressing technical issues, triaging complex problems and providing fixes on complex Endur issues in timely manner.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Project Leads, business stakeholders and other members of the implementation team to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with project standards, policies and regulatory requirements as part of the Endur implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimizations and staying updated on latest developments and features in OpenLink Endur. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements What you Need:
    • Minimum of 5 years of Endur development and technical leadership experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years working in a global delivery model managing a team of offshore developers.
    • Experience implementing at least 1 end to end Endur implementation in US Gas or Power commodity.
    • Understanding of US Power Wholesale and Retail markets and modeling Power commodity in Endur.
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If:
      • Worked on Endur v23 and above.
      • AWS certified and understand the Endur setup in Cloud.
      • Strong integration development experience using JMS, Informatica and File based protocols. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
