The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time role from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday. Who You Are

    • Purchase Order Entry: Receive and enter all PO's into our ERP Software
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Contract Review: Review new and updated customer contracts
    • Sales Department Assistance: You will report directly to our Sales Director, who will assign other duties as-neededWhat You'll Need
      • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
      • Education: Higher education in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields preferred
      • Microsoft Excel: Experience and understanding in Microsoft Excel is required
      • Ethical Mindset: Strong moral reasoning and a humble perspectiveWhat We Offer
        • Salaried Wages: Starting salary of between $32 - 40k, dependent on experience
