Locums Opportunity - Nurse Practitioner (Neonatology)
Location: Bentonville / Springdale, Arkansas
Assignment Availability

Start Date: May 1, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Providers Needed: 4

Schedule

Shift Length: 24-hour shifts
Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Weekend Coverage: Included

Practice Setting

Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Trauma Level: II

Patient Volume

NICU Patients per Shift: 7-10
Newborn Nursery ADC: 10-15
Department Beds: 26

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide neonatal care within a Level III NICU
Perform critical care neonatal procedures
Attend deliveries
Participate in neonatal transport
Manage admissions and assigned patient rounding
Provide care for both NICU and newborn nursery patients

Credentialing Requirements
Board Certification

Board Certified - Required

Licensure

Active Arkansas License - Required

Certifications

NRP - Required

Preferred

Neonatal fellowship training
