JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Interventional Pain Medicine Physician Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Mountain Home, AR Service Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient and Surgical Settings Schedule: Monday Friday, Daytime Schedule PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adult and Geriatric Average Daily Volume / Census: High volume of interventional pain patients Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Comprehensive Interventional Pain Management including procedural-based care in procedure center, outpatient surgery center, and main operating room FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Beds in Department/Unit: 268-bed acute care facility EMR System: Hospital EMR System (details available upon request) Specialty Backup: Multispecialty medical and surgical support available Support Staff: Dedicated nursing and procedural support teams Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within hospital medical staff structure Reason for Opening: Growth and continued expansion of pain management services CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine DEA & Certifications: Active DEA and required life support certifications Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing timeline Visa Sponsorship: No J-1 or H-1B sponsorship available COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Incentive Bonus Structure: Commencement bonus available Relocation Assis
