JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Otolaryngology Job Type: Permanent Location: Mountain Home, AR Service Setting: Hospital/Outpatient Surgery Center Coverage Type: Clinical + Surgical Coverage Period: Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday FACILITY INFORMATION Current Practice Composition: 1 Otolaryngologist, 1 APP, and 1 Audiologist Equipment: State-of-the-art equipment available Surgical Facilities: Main OR and Outpatient Surgery Center available ? PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Pediatric and Adult ENT patients Patient Volume/Census: TBD Admissions: Yes Rounding: As needed Case Mix: General Otolaryngology and ENT surgical cases COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $460,000 plus production bonus opportunity Commencement Bonus: $100,000 Relocation assistance provided Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Retirement plan offered Professional liability insurance provided Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance included PTO: 27 days plus 5 CME days
