working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Tahlequah, Oklahoma, 74464! Job Title: Level 3 RN ER Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of
3 years License: RN License (Oklahoma or Compact) Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and multi-task Description: Provide emergency health
care services to patients of all ages, from minor medical injuries
to critical trauma. Assess patients' clinical conditions,
recognizing, identifying, and interpreting serious situations.
Prioritize and take immediate action in emergency situations when
the physician is not immediately available. Operate and monitor
general and specialized emergency care equipment such as infusion
pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician,
including medications and IV therapy that alter hemodynamic status
and provide respiratory therapy. Record observations, nursing
interventions, therapeutic measures administered, and status of
coordinated activities among nursing and other professional
disciplines. Document specific health care requirements for
patients and prepare written assignments for individual team
members, matching staff skills to patient care requirements. Plan
and develop care delivery, implement care plans, and coordinate
documentation of care. Share responsibilities for sustaining
adequate supplies and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the
unit and preserving a safe environment. Meet pre-employment
credentialing clearances, including background checks and drug
screening. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing,
walking, sitting, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
or crawling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Possess and maintain
life support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC). Management of
ventilators, CPAP, BIPAP, and Vapotherms, as well as management of
critical medications and drips. Basic care of stroke patients is
