Job Description Progressive health system with an ‘open-door’ culture seeks a Family Medicine Physician in the Danville/Russellville area of Arkansas! 80 miles from Fort Smith and Little Rock Health system has a beautiful facility with all new equipment, new ER, ranked top 20 Hospitals in the US for their size 7 years in a row! CEO is wonderful, easy to talk to and backs up all his MDs well! About the role: 42 bed hospital - no ICU in hospital, does general surgery no call 4.5 day work weeks - primary care / family medicine / internal medicine – outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you want outpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day 1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team 175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefites etc Ideal candidate: Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience -someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term Experienced physician needed, not new residents.
