Job Description Permanent Pediatrician Location: Alma, Georgia Practice Type: Outpatient Newborn Care Group Size: 8 total providers (Solo Pediatrician) Visa Candidates Welcomed PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS (Quick View) Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekend Clinic: None Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day Referral Base: Strong OB referral network Call: 1:3 shared call with FP physician in town Very light (180 deliveries/year) Deliveries: Newborn rounding required Emergency C-sections only at OB request (rare) HOSPITAL & NURSERY DETAILS Nursery Level: Level I Annual Deliveries: ~180 NICU Backup: Level III NICU in Savannah ROLE SUMMARY Outpatient pediatric clinic coverage Newborn rounding responsibilities Admit pediatric patients to local hospital Collaborate with OBs and FP physicians for coordinated care COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $250,000 Production Bonuses Student Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 (State Program) Benefits Package Includes: Health, Dental, Vision Malpractice with TAIL Life Insurance Relocation & Sign-On Bonus (Negotiable) PTO CME with stipend DEA, NPI, and State Licensure covered 401(k) Retirement Plan WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT No weekend clinic hours Light call schedule Strong OB referral base Excellent loan repayment opportunity Supportive, established provider group Interested?
