BC/BE Family Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of
Practice Transformation & Primary Care. This dual clinical and
leadership role is ideal for a physician passionate about advancing
high?quality primary care, population health, and value?based care
within a strong health system. The Medical Director is a key member
of the WRMS management team and collaborates closely with primary
care practices, senior leadership, and hospital leadership to
support vital initiatives across integrated care delivery and
payment models.
