patient-focused, team-driven dental practice in Mountain Home,
Arkansas . This role is open to new graduates and experienced
hygienists , offering strong mentorship, competitive pay, and a

Schedule $40-$60 per hour Pay is based on experience, skill set,

teamwork What You’ll Do Perform patient assessments including
medical histories, charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral
cancer screenings Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene
care such as cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride,
and whitening Develop individualized care plans with guidance from
experienced providers Educate patients on oral health and
preventive care Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members
Patient population is primarily older adults and retirees, allowing
for strong relationships, continuity of care, and a calmer clinical
pace. What We’re Looking For Recent graduate or licensed Dental
Hygienist in the state of practice Local anesthesia certification
preferred (state-specific) CPR certification Desire to learn, grow,
