Job Description Associate Dentist (General Practice) - Fayetteville, NC (New Grads are Accepted) Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Schedule: 4-5 days per week (No weekends or on-call) Patient Population: Children and young adults (up to age 20) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join a modern, fast-paced dental practice focused on delivering high-quality care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers strong earning potential, with the ability to earn like a practice owner while maintaining work-life balance. You will work in a collaborative, multi-dentist setting supported by a full auxiliary staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine exams, restorative procedures, and hygiene checks Provide compassionate dental care to children and young adults Collaborate with dentists, office managers, and clinical team members Support overall practice operations to ensure a smooth workflow Enjoys working with kids and young adults Efficient in a busy, high-volume clinical environment Qualifications: Active North Carolina Dental License (required) General dentistry experience preferred Pediatric dentistry experience helpful but not required Compensation & Benefits: Production-based compensation with high-income potential Daily guarantee available ($600-$800 based on experience) - paid whichever is higher (production or guarantee) Full auxiliary/support staff and office manager to maintain schedule Medical premiums paid 100K basic life insurance Long-term disability coverage 2 days of paid CE time License renewal and ADA membership covered Eligibility to join practice malpractice plan If interested send your resume to navya.masti@protouchstaffing.com (or) Contact: 972-632-4503
