Position OverviewA well-established oncology program in Fort Smith,
AR is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible radiation
oncologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team. This role
offers strong clinical support, modern technology, and the
opportunity to contribute to education and collaborative cancer
care. Practice HighlightsTeam includes 2 radiation oncologists, 4
hematology oncologists, 7 advanced practitioners, and dedicated
oncology support staff Nurse navigators for breast, lung, and
general oncology; genetics APN; 2 research nurses Dedicated breast
surgeon and head & neck surgeon Single-hospital call coverage, with
the clinic connected to the hospital All Varian platform technology
2 linear accelerators including Varian TrueBeam STX and Varian 21EX
HDR brachytherapy and onsite Philips Big Bore Brilliance CT
simulator Weekly on-site multidisciplinary tumor board Teaching
opportunities through a local osteopathic medical school, plus
involvement with IM and FM residencies System-wide EPIC EMR Diverse
case mix supported by a large 13-county catchment area Candidate
