Small animal and exotics medicine Plus: an incredible 2.5:1 technician-to-DVM ratio , so you can focus on patients, not paperwork. Your Day-to-Day • Provide individualized, compassionate care • See a varied caseload (small animal exotics if desired) • Perform consults, diagnostics & surgery • Build lasting client relationships • Collaborate with a positive, supportive team culture ?? Real Work–Life Balance Hospital Hours Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sat: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 4-day work week or part-time options • No after-hours • No on-call • Predictable schedule Because great vets deserve lives outside of work. Compensation & Benefits $100,000–$135,000 base salary 20% ProSal (no negative accrual) 3 weeks PTO paid holidays Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with match CE allowance licensing/dues covered Mentorship from experienced 4-DVM team Established client base from day one ?
