Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is sought to provide comprehensive therapy
services within a school setting located in Van Buren, Arkansas.
This role involves traveling to multiple school sites, delivering
tailored interventions to support the developmental and educational
needs of students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and
develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring
occupational therapy support. Collaborate with educators, parents,
and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the
educational environment. Utilize evidence-based techniques to
improve students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily
living activities. Monitor student progress and adjust plans as
needed to optimize learning outcomes. Maintain accurate
documentation of services in compliance with school and regulatory
guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
Individualized Education Program (IEP) development. Preferred
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with active
credentials. Experience delivering occupational therapy services in
school settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt
therapy methods to suit diverse student needs. Willingness and
ability to travel between school locations in the area. Location
and Travel: Position is based in Van Buren, AR, with required
travel to surrounding schools. Reliable transportation is necessary
