Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure). Licensure: Current LPN license in the state of practice; must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., IV Certification within 1 year). Why Mercy?
