Job Description:
Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, MO is recruiting
for an additional Psychiatrist. You will have the opportunity to
choose between outpatient or inpatient. Community is a very family
friendly community in a top rated Missouri area with outstanding
schools, wonderful place to raise a family with a nearby recreation
lake rated as a top 5 place for sailing in the country. Salary will
far exceed $300,000 per year and his highly negotiable. Sign-on
bonus of $40,000 and negotiable. Relocation: 10,000 stipend paid 60
days prior to start date. Annual CME allowance of $4,000. No cap on
earnings - significant need. NHSC approved site for loan
assistance. 22 days PTO plus 6 holidays. Physician Satisfaction is
top 10% in the country, Physician Turnover less than 3%,
independely owned and operated
