A smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, Missouri is recruiting for an additional Pediatrician. This is a new clinic where you will be joining a Family Medicine provider. This role is part of a Peds call group, and including NB Nursery and any IP Pediatrics (very seldom do they have any inpatient). $275k base salary, $50k sign on bonus, $10k relocation, $4k CME allowance. This new practice location will include a Walk In Clinic staffed by APP's and open 7 days a week. The Medical staff boasts physician satisfaction results in the top 10% nationwide!. Great schedule - 4 day work week is available or let them work with you to create your preferred schedule!. Retirement and profit sharing opportunities. This community is part of the Springfield metro area, but better yet this community is listed as a Top 5 city in the state of Missouri to raise a family. Loan Assistance for those that qualify. Medical, dental, life and malpractice insurance. Call: 1:4 (newborn nursery, C Section coverage, ER consults and support when needed (approx. 1x per month) , Clinic call, which is supported by Pediatric nurse line, limited inpatient Pediatrics). PTO - 22 days off, 6 holidays, 15 days medical leave.
