The position requires working evening shifts. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates must possess a current RN licensure in Arkansas. Certifications in BLS, Intermediate AWHONN, and NRP are required. The unit has an active labor and high-risk patient ratio of 1:1 and a latent labor ratio of 1:2.
