(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is
available for an experienced Operating Room Technician based in
Bella Vista, Arkansas. This role offers a valuable chance to

Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum of 10 years of
experience in Operating Room Technology Current Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification Ability to maintain a permanent address located
more than 50 miles from the facility Strong knowledge of surgical
procedures and sterile techniques Excellent communication and
teamwork skills Proven ability to manage call shifts efficiently
Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare operating rooms and ensure all
necessary equipment and supplies are available Assist surgical
teams by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields Monitor
patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols
Respond promptly to call shifts as scheduled Job Type and Schedule:
Contract role Day shifts from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus on-call
