Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver exceptional patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the patients
assigned to you. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care in
collaboration with various departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information is
paramount. Your responsibilities will be carried out in alignment
with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Overview:
Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree,
Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Licensure: You are
responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN license in the
state of employment and/or compact licensure, ensuring compliance
with all state nursing board regulations. Certifications: Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of employment. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be required or must be obtained
within a designated timeframe: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life
Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - ENPC (Emergency
Nursing Pediatric Course) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) -
CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) - OCN
(Oncology Certified Nurse) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) - S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six
Assessment & Care Modules - C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
Physical Demands: Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up
to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required throughout
each shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and
