Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate

ensure the confidentiality of patient information. All

standards. Position Details:Qualifications:Education: Completion of
a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license
in the state of employment or under compact licensure, fulfilling
all requirements set by the state board of nursing. Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of employment. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be necessary, such as: ACLS (Advanced
Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC
(Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core
Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN
(Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
unit-specific certifications as required. Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull, and/or
lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking are required
throughout each shift. Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist,
