Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees) Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment EMR: EPIC Call Requirements: None Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis Must Have Skills/Exp: 1 year Tele, inpatient only; Experience and competence in drug titration. Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac/Med Surg Requirements: 1-2YRS Exp Working in Specialty 1-2YRS Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting ACTIVE BLS (AHA) ACTIVE ACLS (AHA) Must Have Skills/Exp: 1 year Tele, inpatient only Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.
