Job Title: Primary Care RN or LPNJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care RN or LPN to join our team at Mercy Clinics - Bella Vista. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work closely with our Providers to manage triage calls and messages for the clinic. This is a newly created role that offers a unique opportunity for growth and development.Responsibilities:

• Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic
• Work closely with Providers to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient careRequirements:
  • Active RN or LPN license
  • 2-3 years of experience in primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:
