Job Title: Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery DepartmentCross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to patients, including coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring vital signs, and administering medication as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient satisfaction and employee engagement.Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and DeliveryBenefits:
