Mercy Rogers Fall 2024 New Grad Nurse Residency -(Late Summer and Fall Nurse Graduates/October Start) -Mercy Northwest Arkansas offers a 1-year nurse residency program which includes department-based orientation, classroom and Sim Lab. The core-content is centered on guiding and shaping you to be a professional nurse. Mercy understands that the transition from student to nurse can be a stressful process- we want to ensure that this transition is a supportive and encouraging one! -Our program will prepare you for the next step in your career whether it is leadership, education, or a higher level of care! - - -Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Temporary RN AR license or a RN compact license -
