Overview:Mercy Northwest Arkansas has some of the of the busiest operating rooms in the northern metropolitan area. This operating room serves over 10,500 patients annually through a multitude of specialties. There are 17 operating rooms including three cardiovascular operating rooms and a hybrid operating room, with plans to open 3 additional operating rooms. We offer a variety of specialties at our surgical location sites: General surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ENT, cardiovascular, thoracic, and neurosurgery. Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years experience in an Operating Room.-Skills as an RNFA in the preoperative setting: focused preoperative nursing assessments, communicating and collaborating with other helath care providers regarding patient's plan of care.-Skills as an RNFA in any surgical setting including using surgical instruments and medical devices, providing surgical site exposure, handling and/or cutting tissue, providing hemostasis, suturing.
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: current RN license in our state
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certification We Offer Great Benefits:
