If you have a positive attitude and great work ethic, give us a call today!*Responsibilities** Welcome patients with a smile and ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible* Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history* Take x-rays or iTero scans as needed* Update perio chart* Prophylaxis, SRPs and perio maintenance cleanings as required* Apply fluoride and sealants, as needed* Educate patients on proper oral care* Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis* Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer)* Sterilize dental instruments properly* Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)* Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures* Maintain documentation and charts on each patient* Monitor supplies*Skills** Valid Dental Hygienist license to practice in Arkansas* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations* Outstanding communication skills* Attention to detail* A kind and friendly personalityJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 32 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time offMedical Specialty:* Primary CareSchedule:* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Choose your own hours* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No nightsWork Location: In personby Jobble
