Genie Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Rogers, AR. Shift: 2x12 hr nights Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Pay: $2052 / Week Responsibilities: Shifts: 12 HR Nights - Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care Qualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MO - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting- Proficient in esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, sonography, gastric lavage, and ambulatory surgery center procedures- Experience in providing care for toddlers and patients with dementia is preferred- Strong knowledge of health coaching and family planning practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as:- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- Retirement savings plan- Paid time off and holidays- Continuing education opportunities for professional development If you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in medical/surgical care, we encourage you to apply.
