Job Description:

Pay Rate

$2,669 weekly

Shifts: 7 am - 7 pm

The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Manager, House Supervisor and/or Executive Director, and is responsible for the delivery of efficient, safe patient care through the use of the nursing process, hospital policies and procedures.
In addition the Registered Nurse works closely with and acts as clinical expert for other professional and ancillary nursing personnel.
Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act,
Must be fully vaccinated
Certifications:
BLS - required
NIHSS - required
Current Basic Life Support or complete upon hire.
NIH within 60 days of hire and annually.
ASLS education must be performed within 6 months of hire and a minimum of every two years.
ASLS education must be performed within 6 months of hire and a minimum of every two years.
PALS Preferred TNCC Preferred
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required, BSN preferred.
Licensure:
Current Arkansas license in good standing.
Experience:
Minimum of one year ICU experience is preferred
2 years current med surg experience in a hospital setting.
Experience with starting IV's, managing PICC lines, central lines
experience with caring for a wide range of medical and surgical diagnosis.
